90-Day Free Return and Refund Policy

At Phone Tech-Tronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and that's why we offer a 90-Day Free Return Policy. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 90 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from Phone Tech-Tronics through our website.
  • The return request is made within 90 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Start Your Return: You can contact us at info@phonetechtronics.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Select Your Preferred Option: Choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size, color, or product.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories that came with the purchase.

  4. Print Your Return Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our Returns Portal and attach it to your package.

  5. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location. 

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Store Credit: If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued immediately after we receive and process your return and can be used on any future purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we receive the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team at info@phonetechtronics.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you can do so within 90 days of the original purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit or exchange. Refunds for gift returns will not be issued to the original purchaser.

7. International Returns

For orders placed outside of the USA, the return process may vary. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@phonetechtronics.com for assistance with international returns. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
